Your Questions, Answered Clearly and Simply

How long until I see results?

Most women feel a gentle tightening and smoothing from the very first use.

Visible improvements usually appear within 21–30 days when using the device for 5–7 minutes a day, 4 days a week.

Deeper signs of ageing tend to improve gradually over 6–8 weeks.

Are the results permanent?

Your results will last long-term as long as you continue using the device 2–3 times a week.

Because the treatment naturally supports collagen and elastin, the improvement stays steady and continues to build over time.

Who shouldn’t use the device?

The Dandona device is safe for most women, but there are a few situations where it’s best to avoid using it.

If you have an active skin infection, an open wound, severe irritation, or your skin is inflamed and sensitive to touch, wait until the area has fully healed.

Women with a pacemaker or any implanted electrical device should not use the device.

The same applies if you’ve recently had an invasive cosmetic procedure, such as deep peels, laser treatments, or surgery, until your practitioner confirms your skin has recovered.

If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, it’s recommended to check with your doctor before starting.

And if you have a chronic skin condition that may worsen with heat or stimulation, a dermatologist’s opinion is advised.

Whenever you’re unsure about your skin or whether the device is right for you, it’s always best to get professional guidance first.

Can I use it if I have implants, crowns or fillings?

Yes. The technology is non-magnetic and completely non-invasive.

It’s safe to use with:
✔ Dental implants
✔ Crowns
✔ Bridges
✔ Fillings
✔ Root-canal treatments

Absolutely no risk or interference.

Is the device safe?

Yes. The device is designed with smart temperature control and never heats above 42°C, a gentle, safe level suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

The LED light is completely non-invasive and cannot burn or damage the skin. It doesn’t irritate, and it doesn’t create heat on the surface.

Can I use it on both my face and my neck?

Yes. The device is designed for full facial and neck treatment.

You can safely use it on the face, neck, jawline, double chin, and around the mouth.

Can I use it if I’ve had Botox or fillers?

Yes, you can use the device, just not immediately after treatment.

After Botox or dermal fillers, the area needs time to settle before any heat, massage or stimulation.

The general recommendation is to wait 2–4 weeks after your appointment before using Dandona on that area.

After this settling period, the device is safe to use and can even help improve the overall look and texture of the skin around treated areas.

If you’re unsure, it’s always best to check with the practitioner who performed your treatment.
